Reaching OUT
The national Reaching OUT LGBT MBA (ROMBA) Conference is held every year in October. It is as a gathering of LGBT MBA students and professionals from 100 of the leading diverse companies in the US and the world. The conference is a great event that brings together the entire national community of gay MBA students each fall. This year’s event will take place in Dallas, TX from October 13th-16th. If you are just learning about ROMBA, check out the ReachingOUT MBA website.
We, ZicklinOUTSource, are actively recruiting for one of the 45 minute Personal or Professional Development Sessions that are part of the conference. Being a director involves deciding on the format and choosing speakers for your session, and you will be supported by the national organizing committee and the company that is sponsoring the session.
This is a relatively small commitment (1-2 hours per week), and many past attendees report that was a meaningful part of their conference experience. Moreover, if selected, you get FREE ADMISSION to the conference AND great exposure to the organizers and sponsoring companies. The list of sessions is below and click here to apply at the link below before May 14th:
I hope you’ll apply! E-mail me with any questions. As a part of the Organizing Committee I have some insights to help answer your questions.
Anthony, MBA Candidate 2012.
