The GSA elected three new members to the board. Jillian Lubarsky will be the SPA/Weissman Liaison, Cassy Yuen will be the new Socials Chair, and Mimi Wang will be the Academics Affairs Chair.

Graduate Baruchian Editorial Meeting

Come meet the other editors and contributors to the blog over a few cold ones at our “executive conference room” at the Hairy Monk. Contribute your experience and opinions.  Here are some sample topics: Write in your native tongue and english to show off how diverse and international Baruch is; Write about a class or professor who influenced you or an instructor who shouldn’t be; Opine about the graduate experience. EOC Job$mart Career Hour – Take the Lead: Leadership Skills from Campus to Career.

Baruch-Executives on Campus’ Job$mart Carrer Hour Program will be hosting Target Executive, Frank Pacheco, Executive Team Leader and Senior Merchant.

EOC’s Job$mart Career Hour brings students and executives together to discuss career-related issues and topics and to assist students in gaining a greater knowledg and understanding of the various industries and organizations.  If you have any questions, please email jacqueline.mcloughlin@baruch.cuny.edu.  Open to all students.  Please invite your classmates!

Zicklin Women in Business

Zicklin Women in Business presents the third annual International Women’s Day Luncheon.  This year’s theme is “The Female Advantage – Women’s Ways of Leadership.”  An incredible panel with Women Executives from different industries will be moderated by a NBC reporter and will discuss roles of women in corpporate America.  Please join us on March 8th from 12:30 to 2:30pm in Room 750 in the Library Building to celebrate the International Women’s Day.  Dress: business professional attire.  Lunch will be served.  RSVP today @ zwibiwdluncheon2012.eventbrite.com.
